Fran Lewis

Fran was born and raised in Delaware and proudly serves the entire state as a licensed real estate agent. He appreciates Delaware's unique location, providing easy access to major cities like Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington, D.C., along with some of the best beaches in the country. After spending over 15 years in the corporate world, Fran transitioned to real estate, seeking the flexibility to support his young family while fulfilling his desire to be his own boss. His love for meeting new people and helping them on their homeownership journey also fueled this career change. Fran's experience in corporate fitness, where he interacted with people daily, made the transition to real estate smooth. Additionally, as a high school basketball coach, he finds joy in coaching and advising clients through the buying and selling process. Fran values the training offered by the KGH Team. After passing his real estate exam, he felt uncertain about the next steps, but the support and resources provided by the group have been invaluable. A beacon of loyalty, honesty, and integrity, Fran's personal and professional life is deeply rooted in these guiding principles. Known for his selfless nature, kindness, and habitual dedication, his approach to real estate is a testament to his empathetic and compassion. Inspired by John Wooden's timeless adage, "Make each day your masterpiece," he strives for excellence in every endeavor. Fran is a self-proclaimed chocolate chip cookie connoisseur. When not immersed in his professional duties, he cherishes quality time with his loved ones, passionately follows the University of Tennessee Volunteers, and continues to nurture his lifelong dedication to coaching basketball.
